AF Limited, LLC is the owner and operator of www.mychannel.co and all affiliated websites and mobile versions (the "Site" or we, us, our, ours, etc.). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (the "Policy"). This Policy describes the types of personal information we may collect from you, the user, (you, your, yours, etc.) or that you may provide to us when you use the services offered by us on the Site (the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, keeping, protecting, and disclosing your personal information.
We prohibit anyone under the age of eighteen (18) from accessing the Site or using the Services. We do not knowingly market to or collect or solicit any information from or about anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you must not submit information to us and must immediately leave the Site. If we learn that we have collected information from or about a person under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We are the owner or licensee of all text, images, graphics, photographs, audio, video, buttons, icons, animations, data, messages, software, content, information, or materials on My Channel ("Materials"), including the content shared on My Channel by you ("Content") or our other users.
These Terms of Use constitute a legal contract between you and us. By accessing or using My Channel, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. You certify that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will provide accurate and complete information.
All users may register for a single account on My Channel. To purchase content as a Fan or upload content as a Creator, you must provide valid payment methods and/or banking information. Creators must submit age verification documentation including a government-issued ID.
You must provide accurate and complete information. If we reasonably believe you have provided false or misleading information, we may reject, suspend, or terminate your account and subject you to liability.
You will not share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account. You are liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason in our sole discretion. You are responsible for all charges at termination, and remaining balances become non-refundable.
We grant users a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to access and use My Channel for private, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of your Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your Content. You also grant other users access to view Your Content as permitted by purchase.
You agree to only use My Channel for permitted purposes and will not engage in activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
Prostitution and Sex Trafficking: Strictly prohibited. Violations result in account deletion without refund.
Child Exploitation: All content must feature persons over 18. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and will report violations to authorities.
You agree not to submit unwarranted refund requests or unjustified chargebacks. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change pricing and features. You are responsible for all fees related to your account.
Your subscription automatically renews at the displayed rate unless canceled. Price changes take effect with notice via updated display on My Channel. Failure to renew results in a-la-carte charges at market rates.
You may cancel anytime to prevent further charges. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. You retain access until that time. Contact support@mychannel.co or CCBill Consumer Support at support.ccbill.com to cancel.
We may accept cryptocurrency at our discretion. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Refunds may be provided as cryptocurrency or cash equivalent at our option. Additional fees may apply.
We use advanced algorithms to scan content for prohibited material. Flagged content receives additional manual review by our moderation team.
Users can report violations. Reports are promptly reviewed and violations are addressed through removal or account action.
Violations result in warnings, suspension, or termination. Users are notified of actions taken and reasons.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement requests. If we receive legal process related to your activities that causes us expense, you agree to reimburse us for legal costs.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. You must review this page regularly to check for updates.

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited conduct and content standards for all users of My Channel. We maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant platform through this policy.
Users must not engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activities including fraud, harassment, threats, or violations of local, state, or federal laws.
My Channel has zero tolerance for exploitative content including child exploitation, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation. Such violations result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
Users must not harass, bully, defame, or discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Users must not upload or distribute copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets without proper authorization.
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, submit false information, misrepresent products, or deceive other users.
Users must not upload or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or software designed to compromise security or functionality of My Channel or user devices.
Users must not share others' personal information without consent or engage in doxxing or privacy-violating behavior.
Users must not engage in spam, unsolicited solicitation, or manipulation of platform features and algorithms.
We use advanced algorithms to scan uploaded content for prohibited material, flagged keywords, and violation patterns.
Content flagged by algorithms undergoes additional manual review by our dedicated moderation team to ensure compliance.
Creators must verify and document consent of all individuals featured in their content for public display and distribution.
Users have access to reporting tools to flag violating content. Reports are promptly reviewed by our moderation team.
Our moderation team evaluates reported content against platform policies and swiftly addresses violations.
Violations result in penalties including warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion. Affected users are notified of actions taken and reasons for those actions.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and court orders regarding violations of this policy.
